As time passes your existing floors may become dull to normal activity. Preventive care will prolong the life of your floors. Recoating is a process in which your floors are buffed and coated with a coat of oil based polyurethane or water borne finish. This process will rejuvenate your floors and prolong the life of the floors. This process does not remove existing dents or deep scratches.77048.jpg

Repairs:
We do a variety of repairs from water damage to fire and pet damage. Your repaired floors will look better than its original look.

Moisture:
Moisture comes from a variety of sources, from the earth itself, from rain run-off and from airborne particulate. A room that is exposed to excessive moisture may be prone to trouble if hardwood floors are installed.77048.jpg

Moisture will damage your floors faster than anything else. Common causes of moisture problems are dishwashers, icemakers, sliding glass doors, windows, and pet urine. This should all be checked out and corrected / repaired before you repair your flooring.
